An award-winning producer and photographer, Sonny Hutchison is Chief Creative Officer at High Noon Entertainment. Sonny also serves as Executive Producer on a number of series and specials for various cable networks and directs segments for several of these shows. Additionally, Sonny serves as liaison on legal and business affairs for many of High Noon's network clients.

Sonny was co-producer of the critically acclaimed documentary How The West Was Lost, for The Discovery Channel. A 13-part historical series chronicling the plight of the American Indian, the series was the winner of a 1995 National CableACE award, two CINE Golden Eagles and a Western Heritage Award from the National Cowboy Hall of Fame. Sonny produces and directs numerous projects for the National Park Service including films for Gulf Islands National Seashore, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Shenandoah National Park.

His early television career included work as a cameraman/editor for WLKY-TV and WHAS-TV in Louisville, Kentucky, his hometown. Sonny worked at the Denver NBC affiliate, KUSA-TV, for seventeen years and was named Executive Producer of Local Programming at KUSA in 1996. Sonny received his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport. In 1981-82, he was a Cinematography Fellow at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
